GULFSTREAM EXTENDS ‘MEET THE QUOTE’ PARTS PRICE-MATCHING PROGRAM

Program Provides Competitive Price-Matching On Most Popular Exchange Parts Until The End of July 2010

SAVANNAH, Ga., September 8, 2009
– Gulfstream Aerospace, a wholly owned subsidiary of General Dynamics (NYSE:GD), has extended its “Meet the Quote” spare parts price-matching program until July 31, 2010.  The program was launched in March 2004 and reinstituted in March 2009.

Meet the Quote includes price-matching on the most popular exchange parts — including valves, alternators, regulator and brake assemblies, actuators and display units — for Gulfstream GII, GIII, GIV/GIV-SP, GV, G100, G150, G200, G300, G400, G350, G450, G500, G550 and Astra aircraft.

“We have extended this program because of the response from our customers and operators,” said Mark Burns, president, Product Support, Gulfstream.  “Our Meet the Quote program, coupled with our two-year or 2,000-hour-warranty program, provides a strong value to our customers.”

To participate in the Meet the Quote program, a customer submits to Gulfstream a current competitive quote on a specific exchange part.  If that part is priced lower than the Gulfstream price for the same part in comparable condition, Gulfstream will match the price of the part for over-the-counter transactions.  Meet the Quote is offered to individuals who own, operate or manage Gulfstream aircraft.

Meet the Quote is part of an ongoing Gulfstream commitment to readjust spares pricing to remain competitive.

To get more information or to order parts, domestic Gulfstream operators can call 1-800-GULF (4853) or 1-866-271-GDAS (4327).  International operators can call 912-965-4178.   Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, the experienced Gulfstream spare-parts sales representatives ensure parts are shipped in the most expeditious manner, usually from a company-operated inventory location nearest the customer.  Certain restrictions may apply.
