Gulfstream Aerospace Names Curtis VanNice Vice President, Completions Sales and Design

Savannah, GA, July 11, 2000 - Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation completions sales and design.

VanNice will oversee completions sales and interior design of aircraft at the company's five completion centers in Savannah, Ga.; Long Beach, Calif.; Brunswick Ga.; Appleton, Wis.; and Dallas. He will report directly to Jim Holcombe, senior vice president marketing.

"Under Curtis' leadership, we will continue to provide our customers the highest quality of service, the most innovative designs for Gulfstream aircraft interiors, and the knowledge base that his 32 years of aviation experience provides," Holcombe said. "This appointment recognizes the important contributions he's made to Gulfstream."

During his lengthy career, VanNice has managed a variety of work areas - all contributing to the final design and manufacturing phase of aircraft production.

VanNice worked for KC Aviation in Dallas for 22 years before Gulfstream purchased that company in 1998. He began his career in 1968 with Executive Aircraft Service, also located in Dallas.

He and his wife, Nancy, reside in Corinth, Texas. They have three grown children: Alan, Kimberly and Kristin.
